This luxurious Oceanside villa sits just 20 metres from the beach. You are so close you can actually smell the sea air as you sit in its gardens. It enjoys one of the premier locations on the entire Costa del Sol, in the highly regarded Oasis Club complex, and sits within the “Golden Mile” between Marbella and Puerto Banus.
Exploring the Local Area
All of the basic amenities that you could ever need are right on your doorstep, with an Aldi supermarket just a 5 minute walk away and lots of shops and restaurants within close proximity. If you’re a golfer, you’re going to love this property as there’s a golf club less than a mile down the road, and there are a number of very high profile courses close by (there are 30 golf courses on the Costa del Sol in total).
Getting to Other Place of Interest
The recent completion of the new motorway and other infrastructural improvements in the area have greatly reduced travel times from Malaga to Gibraltar and if you don’t have access to a vehicle or just simply don’t want to use one, both Marbella town and Puerto Banus are easy to get to either by walking or cycling.
The walk to Puerto Banus is the shorter of the two and there you will find a lovely fountain and a barbeque area. You can access Marbella town by walking along the promenade, which itself offers stunning views. The walk will take you about 45 minutes or alternatively you could opt to cycle (they can be hired), which cuts the journey time down to approximately 25 minutes.
One of the must visit attractions in Marbella itself is set in the heart of the old town and is known locally as the “Plaza de Los Naranjos” (Orange Tree Square). Here you can truly disconnect and just watch the world go by for a while. The area also boasts two bullrings, which host bullfights throughout the year, and there are numerous luxury hotels and sailing clubs dotted about.
In total there are three yacht harbours in the area, with one being situated in Marbella itself. The most prestigious of the three, the Marina of Puerto Banus, is located 1 kilometre away. There you can wonder around the beautiful harbour, gaze at the luxury yachts and see a whole host of super cars, including Porches, Lamborghini’s, Rolls Royces and Ferraris. But as well as mixing it with the higher rollers, it’s also possible to find a quiet spot in one of the many local bars and just sit back, relax and take everything in.
For the shopaholics, there are also a number of designer boutiques and gift shops, as well as a Corte Ingles shopping centre in the area.
